Pasta & Pinot
Caio! Join us for a delicious Italian inspired 3 course feast paired with Singletree Wine. We will have a selection of Pinot Gris vintages available in addition to our highly coveted 2016 Pinot Noir. Chef Adrian Beaty has prepared a mouthwatering menu with a variety of delicacies to perfectly compliment a glass of vino.
Tickets include all menu items served family style and one 5oz glass of the Pinot of your choosing.
Must be 19+ to attend.
Additional wine, beer and other beverages will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle.

House baked focaccia bread
Italian spiced pork meatballs with candied garlic tomato sauce and lemon parmesan aioli
Salad of local greens, summer vegetables, and herb vinaigrette
Main:
House made ricotta gnocchi with summer vegetable and pesto cream sauce
Penne pasta with pancetta, fennel, and sundried olives in rosemary scented tomato sauce
with pecorino romano cheese
Dessert:
Lemon Mascarpone cheesecake with summer fruit
